RETURNS? 

 

XO Chic offers returns for store credit ONLY (NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS). 

Customers must contact customercare and ship returning item(s) back within 7 calendar days of receiving order to receive store credit. After the 7th day the item is considered final sale. Please note: store credit based on return does not include shipping charges, unless the return was a result of XO Chic's error. Swimwear, Accessories, Hair Products, Sale/Discounted items and GiftCards are Final Sale. (Mary Kay) Skincare, Cosmetics and Fragrances are 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and may be exchanged or returned for a full refund.
 

Please Note:

  • In the event of a return/exchange, the customer is responsible for the item(s) shipping fees. Returned item(s) should be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Any item(s) that do not meet these criteria will be denied. A separate box should be used to ship shoes with the original shoebox inside. The original shoebox should be free of damage and postal labels.

  • Damaged items must be reported the same day the item(s) are recieved or will not be eligible for return/exchange.

  • We cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we strongly suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return/exchange to be processed. You may contact customercare via email or by phone to request an authorization code to return item(s). An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.  Please Note: A $10 fee will be assessed to all shipments that are returned because of failure to be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • XO Chic reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s), or assess a 20% re-stocking fee if the above terms have not been met.

How can I pay?

 

XO Chic accepts all major credit cards, we also processes payments securely through PayPal, or you may opt to contact the customer service line to process your order over the phone using a credit or debit card, or apple pay.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes! XO Chic is happy to serve our customers abroad and will ship orders internationally at a flat rate of $35

 

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. XO CHIC does not cover taxes, duty, or fees on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. For specific information regarding custom policies and taxes, please contact your local customs authorities website for more information. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from XO CHIC COLLECTIONS, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

BUST: Measure around your body, under your arms and over the fullest part of your bust

 

WAIST: Hold measuring tape at your natural waistline.

 

HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your body, placing the tape about midway               between your crotch and bellybutton

 

 

Can I make changes to my order?

If you are needing to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. If you recieve your order and are still not happy with the purchase we will be happy to accomodate your needs in accordiance to our return policy.

 

 

How do I track my order?

Your order will be assigned a tracking number once it has shipped, you will be notified via email with a link to keep track as it travels to you.

How long will it take until I receive my order? 

Orders, usually, ship within 2 business days of purchase (48hrs. after payment is recieved). Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays and generally arrive within 7-10 business days from the ship date via USPS' stardard delivery methods. International orders Should arrive within 7-14 days.
