My name is Avionna Morgan, I'm from St. Louis, and am Mommy to the most beautiful girls: Amina & Aubree. My priorities and motivation is and has always been faith first, family second, career third. I have a thing for glamour, vintage, and things that sparkle. Prior to founding XO Chic Collections, I started my own Mary Kay business in 2008. I've also earned degrees in both: Business and Fashion Merchandising Management. During my undergraduate studies, I was fortunate to host America's Next Top Model Casting Call, multiple St. Louis Fashion Week events, assisted in numerous other fashion and bridal productions in and around St. Louis, served as a freelance makeup artist for MAC for three years, and currently transitioning from my work at SSMSLUH to doing what I love full-time. I have merged my Beauty Consulting business with my dream of owning my own boutique and, now, offer my clients a complete style experience. I am so grateful and happy to be in position to help others look and feel their best by doing something I love and exploring my creativity.

Contrary to what media would have you to believe, balancing motherhood full-time, in addition to working full time and trying to build a business(es) can be challenging. My goal is to use this blog as a means of self care. By sharing my personal style and fitness journey I hope to inspire others to love themselves unapologetically, and empower them to achieve their personal style and life goals, creating a life they love, doing the things they love.
